D-Regensburg Marina Quartier
ASTOC Architects and Planners and CA IMMO Deutschland develop the new Marina district.

On 31th of March 2011, the City Council of the city of Regensburg decided the divestiture of the site to CA IMMO Deutschland. The urban design for the new quarter was drafted by ASTOC Architects and Planners.
